How do I dim the light?
Simply press and hold the power button to dim the light up or down.
How long does the battery last?
10 continuous hours. The average customer gets about 30 days of use out of a single charge.
How does the shut off timer work?
After 15 minutes, the compact mirror is automatically powered off.
How long does it take to recharge?
Only about 1.6 hours and we include the USB Type-C charging cord for you.

How is Ilios quality of LEDs different than others?
Ilios was founded by a group of lighting professionals who built lighting for the motion picture and photography industry. They are experts with a combined 50 years of experience. They took their knowledge and brought it to the consumer industry with the Beauty Ring that reflects the same quality light you'd find on a feature film set.
The lights are built into the product so they are not removable. They are placed behind a custom diffusion panel that softens the light and gives that "glowing" effect to the skin. The lights also hold a Photo Biological Safety Approval (which means they won't cause eye strain) and a CE and UL certification.
They are designed to last over 50,000 hours! In addition, they are rated at over 98 CRI (Color Rendering Index) which means we are the closest makeup mirror yet to simulate natural daylight.
What is the policy for returns and exchanges?
You can return the product for a full refund within 30 days.
How do I cancel an order?
All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:
If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed, you will be assessed a 15% cancellation fee before credit is issued.
If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, the cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.

United StatesFirst off, the size is amazing. It's large but also lightweight and fits in my purse perfectly. But I did not expect it to be as bright as it is. I honestly have to dim it down but this is going everywhere with me. LOVE LOVE LOVE !!!
