We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the day your order delivered to request a return. Returns are not accepted after 30 days.
- Product is in like-new condition
- All product accessories are included in return
- Product is returned in it's original packaging
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If any return is sent in used or without it's original packaging, your item will be sent back with no refund applied.
We do not cover freight for returned items. If your return follows the above guidelines, please send it to the following address making sure to include your original order number. We cannot be held responsible for damage to returned items that may be caused in shipping.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Anydamages upon receiving the product must be reported to our customer service department withinthree (3) days of being delivered in order to be qualified for a refund.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items marked "final sale" or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
