Holiday Return Policy

Shop with confidence. For the holiday season, Ilios Lighting is extending our return acceptance timeframe. Effective on purchases starting November 1, 2023, all merchandise purchased at IliosLighting.co will be accepted for an extended return period until Jan. 19, 2024. 


To start a return, please contact Customer Service with your name, original order number and the reason for the return. Returns that are shipped without authorization may not be accepted.


Returned items must be in original, saleable condition with original packaging. Shipping, taxes and delivery fees are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping.


Return authorization for items shipped in error, or items that are being returned because they are defective or damaged, will include a pre-paid shipping label.

Can I exchange my mirror for another model?

Absolutely. Just let us know what item you are returning and what item you would like to receive in exchange.

How do I start a return?

To start a return, please contact Customer Service with your name, original order number and the reason for the return. Returns that are shipped without authorization may not be accepted.

How do I ship the product back?

We use FedEx for all returns. Attach the label to the outside of the shipping box (covering any existing shipping labels) and drop off at any FedEx location. 

How long will it take to process the return?

Returns are processed within 7 days of receipt. 

How will my ordered be credited?

For returned items, refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
